Chai Tea Ingredients:

½ tsp turmeric powder
Freshly grated ginger (to taste)
1 tsp cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
Cloves (to taste / optional)
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Pinch of fennel seeds
2 cups almond milk / water

 

Method:

Pour milk/water into pot and turn on stove to medium heat
Add spices and boil
Take off the heat and allow to cool down
Strain the spices out of the chai tea
Serve
